I’m the artist, dyer, and mad scientist behind Moonlit Dye Works.

I started dyeing fabric in my kitchen, one small pot at a time, just trying to capture the colors I saw in my head, experimenting to see what would happen. My process has always been creative, a little chaotic, and deeply personal — and that’s still how I work today.

Everything I make is dyed in small batches using careful recipes, a whole lot of patience, and colors inspired by nature.

Most of my dyes start as experiments — I love seeing what the natural world gives me with my natural dye selection, and the crazy intense colors and combination you can get with chemical dyes.
